- Registration Data: Users are required to register an account providing an email address and a password.
- Personal Information: During registration, users must also provide a username and their birthdate. Users must be at least 13 years old.
- Google Single Sign-On (SSO): Users have the option to log in using Google SSO, which will authenticate their identity without storing additional login credentials on xRealm servers.
- Chat Conversations: The xRealm app stores chat conversations, messages, and related settings on our secure Google Firestore server.
- Subscription Information: Subscription details are managed within the app, though payment processing is done through Stripe, a third-party service provider. Note that we do not store any bank card information.
3. Data Protection
- Server Security: User data, including chat records and subscription information, is stored on secure Google Firestore servers.
- Payment Security: Financial transactions are handled by Stripe, ensuring that sensitive payment information is processed securely and in compliance with industry standards.

The information collected by xRealm is used to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the app’s features and services.
- Manage user accounts and subscriptions.
- Enhance user experience and personalize interactions with the chat assistant.

xRealm does not sell or rent user data to third parties. Information may be shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary for providing the app’s functionalities, such as Stripe for payment processing.
